Durasafe® confirmed for new Swiss Franc series

Fortress Papers Ltd announced yesterday that Durasafe®, produced by its Landqart Mill, has been confirmed as the substrate for the next series of Swiss Franc banknotes. Security paper manufacturer Lanqart AG developed Durasafe® in co-operation with Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. It has a central polymer layer with two outer cotton paper layers.…
