On the 24 May 2016 British commercial banknote printer De La Rue plc announced its 2015/2016 full year results.

The announcement came just two days after the company announced the sale of Cash Processing Solutions Limited (CPS) to CPS Topco Limited, a company owned by UK based private equity firm Privet Capital.
